I'm thinking on getting 8 Alpha-8 Minions or Fusion-8 Alchemy's to go along with my Fusion-12 Tempests.
I'd like to change the 8's compression driver from the DNA-205 to the DNA-360 to have matching sound material. I know some 10" designs have them, but they are just a bit to big (wide) for my locations.

Changing the compression driver would require a redesign of the crossover, you can't just swap them out. I also think you would be hard pressed to hear the difference between them, this is especially true if you are using them as surrounds with the Tempests as your mains.

That's what I originally assumed, but then I read in some threads over at AVS that th... oh my. Note to self: do not think before noon.
    dyslexia, you got me again.
Said thread was http://www.avsforum.com/t/1417596/differences-between-dna-360-dna-350 and I totally read DE250 as DNA205.

I feel stupid now, I think I'll go out in the garage and sweat my self stupid making shelfs and boxes. Sorry for the pointless thread :-[
